The Bank notes that the decision is dated December 10, 2021, and was transmitted to the Bank on December 17, 2021. The Bank clarifies that the delay in publishing such decision is exceptional and reflects how seriously Bank management takes the AIAB’s decision. Much coordination was needed to implement this decision by the AIAB, hence the additional time needed for it to be published.
